There had been a tiny 2-bedroom cottage on this property before, which had been built by the owners’ father many years ago. But the family had outgrown the small cottage and wanted a place for their adult children to gather over the summer and on holidays.  

The home owners came with a set of plans for this Mush-A-Mush Lake custom build  and worked with the local building supply to create a set of working drawings. They lived out-of-province during the build, but we ran the custom build through email correspondence (and three site visits throughout the project), which successfully resulted in their dream home.
