The vision for this Newburne restoration house was to take the 110 year-old year-round residence and the home owners’ dreams to life . This included: relocating current and adding new washrooms and shifting the kitchen and adding a covered deck as featured in the original 1910 construction. All while preserving the original hardwood floors and adding insulation to meet current building codes.
The third-generation of this family now lives in this restored home, with the hope that someday, it will be passed on to the fourth-generation.
