The home owners had a plan and vision for their Broad Cove restoration house and we worked hand- in-hand with them to restore the family residence. Along the way, we encountered a few common restoration house challenges; rotten wood and a structurally unstable foundation. Taking this in stride, we removed and repaired the rot, jacked up the entire home and installed a brand-new foundation to support the summer home for years to come.
